I would establish a part-time senate and congress, and cut their pays in half, have them be employed and come to Washington to vote on good legislation as the president calls them into secession. I would cut their 1 million dollar per year expense allowance and make them pay for their own bus fair to Washington...
I think what America needs the most right now is The Sons of Liberty. I think Samuel Addams could teach us all a thing or two.
