I saw this funny commercial once. Okay, so there were dozens of men, just men, at the super market and they were fighting for their lives to get as many gallons of milks as they can. Then, you saw the men walking out with carts and carts of just milk. At the end, there was a little caption that said something along the lines of: Have you heard the news? I read if you eat a whole bunch of yogurt it has a dramatic effect on your PMS. If I remember right, it has to do with all the calcium in yogurt.
There are foods out there that really do help with the severity of PMS, one of them is soy. You can get it in milk or other products made with soy. Also, calcium, which is in milk but you can also take a supplement. Eating less high fats, caffiene, and sugar a week before can help too but it's kinda hard to not crave those exact things when you have PMS.
