Can you give me some advice please?

I ate 500 calories.

And that was all I was going to eat today.

But I don't feel good and my mom wants me to eat more but i'm scared to.

Because I rarely eat more than 500.

So if I eat 600-800 today would I gain weight?

If i'm 5 feet tall, 69 pounds and 14-years-old.

Will I weigh more?

Or look fatter?

Please give me an opinion. Can you give me some advice please?
my doctor told me that if i ate 800 calories worth of food i'd lose weight.

your brain uses up loads of energy every day!

so you can eat at least another 300 cals a day and still lose weight.

why do you want to be stick thin, boys really don't like it.

when i was your age, twiggy was a (bad) role model. all the girls envied a girl called margaret, because she was twiggy thin.

the boys called her ';stick legs'; and nobody ever asked her for a date.

she used to faint on me every morning in assembly.

you are really putting your health at risk by eating so little.

talk to your doctor about it, please. Can you give me some advice please?
Amber,

You may want to consider talking to someone you trust about your fears and concerns. Your current weight is actually below your healthy weight for your height and age, and may be putting you in danger.
omg,you are under wight as it is,eat up! u r very thin!
Remember that if you don't eat enough your body will turn everything you eat into fat. I suggest eating more...smaller meals and space them out throughout the day. search the net for a calorie calculator that can tell you approx. how many calories you body burns on its own...then stick to that
Sounds to me like you have an eating disorder. For being 5' you should atleast weight 85-95lbs. . . Depends on what type of food it is that you're eating if you're eating junk food well its obvious you'll gain weight. If you eat healthy no. Don't worry about it 500 calories is def not good, you should have atleast a couple thousand!
