Can you give me some advice about social phobia and being a shut in?

I have social anxiety,and hate to be around people,the more i isolate the more anxiety i get,i cant stand peoples personalities,they all make me nervous and zap my energy,most of the time i wanna isolate until i feel like being social,i dont like most people and only like certain kinds of company.i do not like being in crowds larger then like a few people.My life is miserable,i want friends but at the same time i dont wanna be bothered..Can you give me some advice about social phobia and being a shut in?
STOP BEING SO SELF-ABSORBED. NOT EVERYTHING IS ABOUT YOU, AND YOU WILL MAKE YOURSELF SUFFER WHEN YOU INSIST ON THINKING THAT IT IS.

WHY?


IT'S BECAUSE YOU ARE SO SELF-ABSORBED AND CONSUMED WITH YOUR OWN INSECURITIES, AND YOU DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO OTHER PEOPLE'S ISSUES.





THE CURE FOR YOUR FEELING IS TO MAKE YOURSELF INTO AN EXTROVERT. YOU DO THIS BY FORCING YOURSELF TO NOTICE THINGS ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE, AND LET THEM KNOW IT. COMPLIMENTS AND QUESTIONS BUILD RAPPORT WITH PEOPLE. AND THE PEOPLE YOU BUILD RAPPORT WITH TEND TO THINK MORE HIGHLY OF YOU, AND WANT YOU AROUND. YOU WILL FEEL REALLY GOOD WHEN YOU MAKE SOMEONE'S DAY, SIMPLY BY GIVING THEM ATTENTION, FLATTERY, AND SHOWING INTEREST IN THEM.





YOU JUST HAVE TO TRY IT. IT WORKS. FORGET ABOUT YOUR PROBLEMS FOR A MINUTE. NO ONE CARES. THEY HAVE THEIR OWN PROBLEMS. NOTICE THEIR EFFORT TO LOOK GOOD, SOUND IMPORTANT, OR BE SKILLED. ASK WHAT THEY THINK ABOUT TOPICS.





PEOPLE ASSUME THAT YOU ARE UNFRIENDLY AND STANDOFFISH, WHEN WHAT YOU REALLY ARE IS SCARED OR INTIMIDATED. DECIDE TO BE THE HERO AND BREAK THE ICE. START THE RAPPORT BUILDING.

YOUR LIFE WILL STAY MISERABLE IF YOU VOLUNTEER TO BE A PROFESSIONAL VICTIM. YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN CHANGE THAT. LOOK AT THIS AS A CHALLENGE TO IMPROVE, OVERCOME, AND SEEK WISDOM.Can you give me some advice about social phobia and being a shut in?
kinda weird.. coz it seems that you are ';afraid'; on all the things around you... =( too bad..


well, you can start by going out with your cousins.. or visit them..
contact your local mental health facility. Therapist, doctors, medication and social workers can help with this
I first want to say,I empathize,I have similar issues. I don't like most of the people I come in contact with and I wish I could go to a planet/island and isolate myself. I think you should speak to someone professionally,I did. Be calm,it'll be alright. Y.
