You have come to this day a mile stone in your life. One of many that study and hard work have brought you to. You have made it through this test to the finish line. Now it is time for the next test, the next ';race.'; One that as you grow and mature will seem harder and tougher. Do not give up! There will be moments where you feel like you cannot make it, just like there will be moments where you do suceed and win! You have suceeded here today. Encourge each other, help each other to ';make it'; on this path as you eventually lead to the final finish line of high school graduation. Again do not give up!Learn all you can, do your best and we will be praying for you, that you each make it through to the next finish line. God Bless each and every one of the students of .........elementary school.

Can you give me some advice on Reverse Mortgage. Are they Good or Bad?
Reverse mortgage is good for older folks of they
- wish to stay in their home
- can't afford to make the mortgage, or need cash to cover expenses.
- don't have any other liquid assets.
It allows you the opportunity to stay in your home, if you acnnot afford to sell and move. Downside is you give up your home when you die, so there is not anything to leave your children if you have them.

The fact you are asking this question means you aren't comfortable enough to do it in the first place without some sort of external nudge. This would lead me to believe you don't have that sort of relationship with your older sister.
