I have been working for a week, but no contract. The boss is too busy/lazy/lay back to do my contract. What should I do?





If he certainly says, he does not want me anymore. Am I have a right to do anything?





I keep all the e-mails that he sent me like---';you have a contract for a year and this salary..blah, blah, blah. Can this be a record or an agreement? Please advice!Working for a week, but no contract? 10 points for the best advice. Thank you?
That is a written agreement enforceable in court. If it came from a personal email, he can't pawn it off to the the company if it closes. That could make him personally responsible for one year's wages.
