I have been crying a lot lately about my life and what's happening in my life. I cry in my room a lot of times for different reasons.. and when someone calls me to do something i don't like it when they notice that i just cried. How do you make it not obvious that i cried because when i cry.. you can tell easily cuz my eyes get red and my nose gets all red too.I need some advice on how to not make it obvious that you just cried.?

Well you're no alone in how you feel and the amount you cry. for a while, long time I feel as if I cry 23 hrs out of the 24 day. That is not realistic but it is what it feels like though.
What I do is Immediately got in the bathroom wash my faces with lots of cold water, I use Visene for the redness in my eyes, and I have even so so far as to pretend to sneeze a lot in the bathroom because that can also be an excuse for the puffiness, redness, teariness and so on.

Crying I find is one of the human bodies coping mechanisms.
We cry to release the emotional tension within ourselves.
Suppressing it only forces the tension inwards causing severe stress and anxiety. You shouldn't feel ashamed about crying around people. It just means you are more emotionally sensitive than other people. You should talk to some one who you can trust about this. Perhaps a family member or someone else.
There's nothing worse than bottling up your emotions and problems and keeping it to yourself.
Okay well after crying, try to breathe in %26amp; out. Get calm. Think of the beach. Next try to forget what just happened %26amp; move on. Dont think about the past my darling. Think of the future. Like a house on the beach! Thats my happy place =]
